(Seoul=NSP NEWS) = Seoul Guarantee Insurance (SGI) announced on June 7 that it had signed an MOU to strengthen reciprocal cooperation on the global market with global credit insurers Allianz Trade and Coface at their France headquarters on June 6, respectively.

These MOUs were a part of SGI’s global expansion strategy to diversify its overseas business revenue model and become a global comprehensive guarantee company.

SGI now supports Korean companies that entered overseas countries to issue their local credit and guarantee insurance.

International credit insurance companies will sign a credit and/or guarantee insurance agreement with Korean companies abroad based on SGI’s database of Korean companies and insurance review experiences. Meanwhile, SGI will help Korean companies with their agreement in overseas countries as a form of reinsurance to underwrite an insurance agreement with global credit insurance companies.

In addition, the Korean insurance company will also find new business opportunities with and share market and insurance review data with global credit insurers to constantly expand mutual developments.
