(Seoul=NSP News Agency) jonghyuk Kim Journalist = The technical team, patent judicial affair team of Seoul Semiconductor and lawyers called a visit 29 global leading lighting and TV manufacturers in the U.S. China, Europe and Taiwan, delivered waring letters of patent.

In this visiting, they explained that these manufacturers infringed on Seoul Semiconductor’s patent for back-light, filament, LED chip and package, also gave them strict warning to respect for their intellectual properties.

The manufactures given warning letter are 7 in the U.S., including Feit the one of the three American famous lighting lamp business, 3 in Europe including Redven one of three biggest lighting manufacturer of Europe, 15 in China including Skyworth, one of the three biggest Chinese TV brands and 4 in Taiwan including AOT. 29 companies altogether.
