(Seoul=NSP News Agency) Jiye Kim Journalist = Innisfree, a South Korea cosmetic brand owned by Amore Pacific, on Wednesday launched ‘Innisfree Flagship Store Shanghai,’ the largest scale single-brand cosmetics store in China.

Situated in Nanjing dong lu, Shanghai, the flagship store boasts 822-square-meter sales floor. A gigantic vertical garden installed on the façade of the building serves as a beautiful living wall, presenting a sense of overwhelming calm and freshness of nature.

The store implements a differentiated promotion to woo Chinese customers, releasing limited edition facial masks as well as lifestyle goods such as cosmetic pouches and tumblers.

What is unique about Innisfree Shanhai is that it has a tea room named Green Café. As Innisfree’s signature ingredients mainly come from Jeju island, the café aims to promote the positive image of Jeju by providing superb quality of Jeju organic green tea, and various desserts motivated by the clean nature of the island.

“We are anticipating ‘Innisfree Flagship Store Shanghai’ would set a new standard for green beauty of Asia,” Sujin No, a global marketing manager of Innisfree said, “We will endeavor to present the natural benefits of clean and pure island Jeju to every woman in the world.”
