(Busan=NSP News Agency) nam seon DO Journalist = Featuringbeautiful views of the ocean at Haeundae, Park Hyatt Busan hosts an “AvignonesiWine Dinner” presentinganexquisite harmony of European-style dishes and premium wines from theAvignonesi winery in Tuscany, Italy.

Beloved and sought-after by wine loversfrom around the world, Avignonesi wines represent Tuscany’s rich history and culture. The wines are produced using traditional methods that capture the pure essence of organically grown and naturally harvested grapes.

Featuring a total of five wines, the eventwill showcaseToscana Bianco(2014), which will bedelivered directly from the winery, and Cantaloro Toscana(2013), a wine graded highly by many prominent wine industry magazines. Also featured will be Vino Nobile di Montepulciano(2012), one of Wine Spectator’s “Top 100 Wines”the flagship wine Desiderio(2012)and 50 & 50 (2010). Well known as a business wine, 50 & 50 is a historic collaboration between two wineries, symbolizing harmony and union. A highlight of the event will be the presence of Avignonesi’s export manager for Greater China, Ms. Chen Xi.

Park Hyatt Busan’s Executive Chef Shaun Keenan will prepare the event’s special five-course menu, which will include foiegras terrine with fresh nectarine compoteoxtail ravioli with autumn vegetables and gorgonzolagrapefruit sorbetsmoked beeftenderloinand, for dessert, panna cotta with mixed berry compote, garnished withautumn leaves.

Park Hyatt Busan’s “AvignonesiWine Dinner” will be held at 6:30pm on October 7 at Living Room, located on the 31st floor of the hotel. Priced at KRW 160,000 per person, the dinner’s seating is limited to20 people.
