(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = SK Telecom has advanced the phone service within AI personal assistant A. allowing functions such as ‘interpretation call’ to be used in the Android version.

The call summary service provided in the existing Android version of A. will be changed to a phone service for SKT customers.

SKT customers can use the service by signing up for the A.Phone service, and customers of other telecommunication companies cannot use the phone service, but can use the call summary service as before.

Additionally, corporate customers can now sign up for A.Phone and use functions such as call recording and summarization, AI suggestions, and interpretation calls if they have a corporate phone with personal authentication.

This A.Phone update includes an AI spam marking function. This feature helps users easily identify spam calls by displaying the spam level(phishing warning, spam warning, spam suspicion) when a call comes from an unknown number.

You can also check the number of ‘okay’ and ‘dislike’ ratings and comments provided by the T-phone safety call on A.Phone. The AI spam indicator is available immediately for iPhone (iOS) and will be available for Android in April.

A.Phone’s new Business Contacts feature makes it easy to look up business phone numbers that you don’t have saved in your contacts through a cross-search. This feature is available on both iPhone and Android and is only available to our subscribers.
