(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = It has been revealed that a Korean game has received a foreign license from the Chinese government.
On the 22nd, China’s National Press and Publication Administration(NPPA) issued foreign licences to 40 foreign games. A foreign license is a license required to locally service games created by game developers from countries other than China.
Among the 40 foreign-published games, Wemade’s ‘MirM’ received a foreign-published license under the Chinese name ‘Mogwang Ssangyong’. However, MirM's publisher is currently undecided.
Wemade said, “It is true that the Chinese license of MirM has been issued,” and added, “Detailed information will be released later.”
In addition to Mogwang Ssangyong, the list of foreign licenses includes NCsoft’s Blade & Soul 2 and Gravity’s Ragnarok X: The Next Generation.
