(Seoul=NSP News Agency) soon ki Lee Journalist = Com2us(CEO, Song Byeong Joon), a mobile game company, announced that it signed a contract to take over Mana Core and Nova Factory and secure management rights.

Mana Core and Nova Factory, acquired by Com2us, are the companies which have the know-how and competitiveness of developing a stand-alone game that can be easily played without any special manipulation, and have been developing several games in related fields now.

Mana Core showed competitiveness like ranking 15th in Apple App Store sales by launching ‘Dragon Sky’, a stand-alone game, in Korea last year, and Nova Factory also has developed development capacity through ‘Zombie Girls High School’, Defense 2D RPG, with various characters and a unique concept.

Both companies plan to concentrate on the field of the stand-alone RPG in the future and have various new work lineups.

A Com2us official said, “We have been constantly looking for strategic investments to increase our competitiveness and are making the results one by one. We will continue to expand an aggressive investment and M&A(mergers and acquisitions) in future value, and strengthen our business capabilities.”
