(Seoul=NSP News Agency) YEON SUN HAN Journalist = KB Kookmin Bank held a shareholder meeting in its headquarters at Yeouido, and approved the appointment of Hur Yin, vice president of KB Kookmin Bank, as the bank’s new chief executive officer.
Prior to the shareholder meeting held on16th, KB Kookmin Bank held a selection committee for the president of the bank, and recommended Hur Yin as final candidate for presidency and appointed Hur Yin as the 7th president of the bank who will be serving for the next 2 years.
The committee said, “After 2 meetings and a separate deep interview, we decided that the candidate’s vision, management philosophy, strategic direction, and personalities will be suitable for the presidency of KB Kookmin Bank.”
Hur Yin is expected to lead the changes of financial markets through leaderships based on changes and renovations that will reorganize more than 1,000 branches in Korea into cooperative groups based on clients’ actual living areas and conduct the changes in sales activities.
